Easy Returns
We want you to love what you ordered, but we get it – sometimes things just don't work out. Here's what you need to know about returns:
Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If it's been more than 60 days, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
if the product you receive is defective and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, we've got you covered.
Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, unless the product was proven to be defective or that the wrong item was delivered to you.
Exceptions: We can't accept returns for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts unless it's due to an error on our part. However, if the product you receive is defective and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, we've got you covered.
How to Return: Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us at info@printoxe.com. We'll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to let you know we've got it. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund within 72 hours and notify you accordingly.
Delayed Refunds: If you're still waiting for your refund, please double-check your bank account and then reach out to your credit card company and bank. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for refunds to show up.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded – only regular priced items are eligible.

Gifts: If you received an item marked as a gift, you'll get a gift credit once we receive the returned item. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
