Easy Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, but we get it – sometimes things just don't work out. Here's what you need to know about returns:

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If it's been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

if the product you receive is defective and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, we've got you covered.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: We can't accept returns for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts unless it's due to an error on our part. However, if the product you receive is defective and falls under our Lifetime Warranty, we've got you covered.

How to Return: Before sending anything back, please get in touch with us at info@printoxe.com. We'll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to let you know we've got it. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund within 72 hours and notify you accordingly.

Delayed Refunds: If you're still waiting for your refund, please double-check your bank account and then reach out to your credit card company and bank. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for refunds to show up.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items can't be refunded – only regular priced items are eligible.

Exchanges: We'll happily exchange items if they're defective or damaged. Just shoot us an email at info@PrintOxe.com and send your item to: 4520 Egremont Drive, Strathroy-Ontario (Canada N7G 3H6). Phone: 519-930-8877.

Gifts: If you received an item marked as a gift, you'll get a gift credit once we receive the returned item. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
